After eating well (making good choices, not consuming copious amounts) for a few days and having been walking quite a bit recently, I was quietly confident that I might break through the 350 pound milestone when I stepped on the scales this morning. Doh! Missed it by
that much! Now it's onward and downward towards my end-of-November goal of 341 lbs.
